About us

HomecAir Ventilation & Vacuum was formed with the purpose of improving air quality within new and existing homes in Ireland.

We have been at the forefront of pioneering mechanical ventilation (heat recovery systems) in Ireland. From the early 2000’s our traditional business values have propelled the business forward.

The mechanical ventilation market has continued to grow but our core business values have not changed.

We believe in traditional business values. With a genuine desire to deliver high quality mechanical ventilation and central vacuum products to our customers. As such we install systems that genuinely benefit our customers’ homes and family.

Our business is installation lead and in construction there is no substitute for good workmanship. This has always been true.

Homecare Systems Ltd is a highly respected local company with over 17 years of experience in delivering bespoke quality Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery & Central Vacuum systems.

In 2016 we launched our new brand name HomecAir.

Based in Donaghmore, Co. Tyrone, we have earned a reputation as the local industry specialists.

One-off Homes

We specialise in one-off homes. For many architects and builders we are the go to people for mechanical ventilation and vacuums in Ireland. A significant number of our new project appointments are a result of existing customer recommendation.

Building Regulations

At Homecare Systems all our HomecAir MVHR systems are installed to meet the Building Regulations Northern Ireland part K and Republic of Ireland Regulations parts F & L.

You can expect your MVHR and Central Vacuum systems to be of the highest quality and installed with the utmost care and attention with equally high levels of expertise given to the design of each system.

Our clients have some of the most intelligently designed, constructed and efficiently performing homes built in Ireland over the last 20 years.

With our experience and reputation we also have an ever increasing number of commercial clients including nursing homes, churches and offices.
